Clementi Cascadia is conveniently located within walking distance of Clementi MRT station along the East-West Line (EWL) and Clementi Bus Interchange. Situated about 200 metres away, the station will soon be an interchange linking to Cross Island Land (CRL). It is a part of CRL Phase 2, which is expected to operate entirely by 2032.

As for drivers, accessing the neighbouring townships is easy because Clementi Cascadia is well-linked through major roads and nearby expressways. Driving to the CBD and the city areas takes approximately 18 minutes via Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).

Clementi Cascadia HDB is close to Dover Forest East – a great place to hike at the riverside of Sungei Ulu Pandan. Dover Forest is soon being cleared up for the new Ulu Pandan Banks BTO as the November BTO 2022 has been launched recently. Take your last hike in this part of Dover Forest before it is gone for good! 

However, you can always frequent Clementi Sports Hall to get active. Clementi Swimming Complex and Clementi Stadium, along with the sports hall, are located approximately 700 metres from Clementi Cascadia.
