    At the edge of Canberra East, one of the few BTO projects that has units with balconies. The view from the balcony seems to be facing the neighbourhood park, which is nice. Because of the location, the area does get quiet at certain times of the day. The roof garden on top of the MSCP has a direct link to the 8th floor of one of the blocks and is surprisingly clean and well maintained. Much better than many other HDB MSCP roof gardens. Also, there's a faily large neighbourhood park just behind that houses a couple of playgrounds and fitness corners.
