Accessibility
Plantation Grange will be served by Jurong Region Line MRT stations as well as bus services leading to the city and nearby towns. The nearest station is Tengah Plantation MRT (JE1), approximately 500m from the HDB complex – expected to operate by 2028.
Plantation Grange is also near the upcoming Tengah Park MRT Station on the Cross Island Line (CRL) Phase 1. The new station is located opposite the international school Dulwich College, which is about a kilometre from the HDB. On top of that, with an extensive network of walking and cycling paths, residents of Plantation Grange will also be able to walk and cycle everywhere in Tengah.
Prefer to drive? Major expressways such as the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) nearby give drivers convenient access to the city centre and other parts of Singapore. Raffles Place, for instance, is a 30-minute drive via the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).

Plantation Grange comes with a range of outdoor recreational facilities including adult and elderly fitness stations, and plantation-themed children’s playgrounds. The amenities also include a preschool, as well as a Residents’ Network Centre, to meet the needs of residents.
Along the Plantation Farmway that runs through the Plantation District, there will be other key amenities such as a Community Club, Neighbourhood Centre, and a shopping street where residents can patronise for their daily needs. Furthermore, the precinct is served by dedicated walking and cycling paths, for you to explore other parts of the town in a safe environment.
On top of that, while Tengah New Town is being developed, residents of Plantation Grange would be spoiled daily with all the public amenities in the neighbouring Bukit Batok and Jurong East. You will have no trouble running errands – from schools to shopping centres and healthcare facilities are within easy reach.
Shopping centres near Plantation Grange
You can find the West Mall shopping mall next to Bukit Batok MRT Station. It boasts a wide variety of stores, a library, a cinema, a supermarket, and a post office. Plantation Grange residents can buy almost everything they need in this shopping mall. On top of that, one train ride away is Westgate Mall and JEM. These shopping malls in Jurong are accessible via J-Walk, an elevated pedestrian network connecting Jurong East MRT to nearby developments.
Hawker centres near Plantation Grange
Bukit Batok is fast becoming a foodie’s destination, especially for hawker food. Bukit Batok Street 11 Food Centre has a good mix of stalls, and Hokkien Mee Ngoh Hiang has been a must-visit since 2012. Another local favourite is the S-11 Bukit Batok Food House, located next to Bukit Batok MRT. It has been one of the most reliable food centres in Bukit Batok since 1993. If you are just moving in and you ask your neighbours where to grab good food, they would often refer to this hawker centre!
Schools near Plantation Grange
Within a 2km radius, there are 6 primary schools including Jurong Primary, Princess Elizabeth, and the popular St. Anthony's Primary School. Other schools are Dazhong Primary School, Shuqun Primary School, and Yuhua Primary School. Higher education is also available. For example, Millennia Institute, Dulwich College, and the Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (SHATEC) are close to Plantation Grange.
Libraries near Plantation Grange
The nearest library is Bukit Batok Public Library, situated within the famous West Mall Shopping Centre. The most extensive collection in this library is the Children’s English books, both in fiction and non-fiction, followed by English books for Adults.
As for the clubs, one of the highlights is the Heartland Book Club which was formed in 2005. It is open to all reading enthusiasts, with one of the highlights of the club is that it invites local and foreign authors to discuss their books and enrich the club members’ literary experience.

Bukit Gombak Sports Hall and Bukit Batok Swimming Complex are located just a short drive from the development. Alternatively, head a bit further to Jurong East Sports Centre – the swimming complex in Jurong East is the first to offer a lazy river, a wave pool, and fun slides at an affordable rate.
Parks near Plantation Grange

You can have a stroll on the meandering footpaths that run through the secondary forest and admire the beauty of the lush greenery. Alternatively, run on the park’s undulating terrain for an invigorating workout or hike through the woods while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
There’s also Bukit Batok Town Park, known as Little Guilin or Xiao Guilin among the locals; the park is attractively landscaped so that you can walk beside the lake. Two dome-shaped shelters give you a fantastic view of the tranquil lake. It is popular with shutterbugs and wedding couples.

You won’t have to travel too far to find places of worship near Plantation Grange. There are several churches along Bukit Batok Street 11. For Muslims, Masjid Ar-Raudhah and Masjid Al Mukminin are both 3 kilometres from the HDB complex.
Sattha Punchaniyaram Buddhist Temple and Guilin Combined Temple along Bukit Batok West Ave 8 are located close by. Sri Arulmigu Murugan Temple, a Hindu temple, is also a short drive from Plantation Grange.
Hospitals near Plantation Grange
There are several medical clinics near Plantation Grange. These include Everhealth Family Clinic & Surgery (700m) and Island Family Clinic (1km). However, in case of an emergency, residents can drive for about 10 minutes to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital at Jurong East.
Ng Teng Fong General Hospital is part of integrated development with the adjoining Jurong Community Hospital. Patients will benefit from the co-management of doctors from both hospitals and integrated medical records and treatment plans.
