Best of all, residents here don’t have to sacrifice daily conveniences, as a decent collection of shops and eateries are located just across the road.
Come 2020, an MRT station will be up and running right at the doorstep of Forest Hills Condominium, giving residents direct access to the CBD within 30 minutes, which is something residents there could only dream of previously. Drivers accessing the CBD will also benefit from the North South Corridor expressway.
Currently, the $700 psf price tag for this condo makes it one of the cheapest 99-year leasehold condos in Singapore for its age. The new transport linkages could well raise the value of property in the Springleaf area, so watch this space.
