Drivers accessing the CBD will also benefit from the North South Corridor expressway.

Currently, the $700 psf price tag for this condo makes it one of the cheapest 99-year leasehold condos in Singapore for its age. The new transport linkages could well raise the value of property in the Springleaf area, so watch this space.
