Near Lorong Chuan MRT Station on the Circle Line, this 916-unit project offers a 99-year leasehold with expected average prices around S$2,500 psf. Because of the strong response, the sales booking day has been moved up to November 10.
Updated on 13 November: Upon its launch Chuan Park achieved significant sales success, selling over 60% of its 916 units. Units were priced competitively, starting from S$1.6 million and going up to S$4.3 million, with an average price exceeding S$2,500 per square foot. The project primarily appealed to Singaporean buyers, constituting 93% of the purchasers, while the remaining 7% were permanent residents and foreigners. Among the unit types, the 2- and 3-bedroom configurations were the most sought-after.

Nava Grove by MCL Land and Sinarmas Land

MCL Land and Sinarmas Land’s latest project, Nava Grove, saw over 4,000 visitors during its preview weekend on November 2-3. In District 21‘s Pine Grove, the official launch is also scheduled for November 16. The project offers various unit types, from 2- to 5-bedroom layouts. Prices begin at S$1.388 million for 2-bedroom units (approximately S$2,224 psf), with 5-bedroom premium units priced from S$3.988 million (S$2,316 psf). Some 4- and 5-bedroom units even feature private lifts, adding a premium touch to the development.
