Real estate agency, Huttons Group, shared that its number of salespersons has increased by 57.9% since 1 Jan 2018 to hit 5,003 as of 16 February 2023.
Interestingly, the bulk of the increase happened in the last two years.
The movement of almost 1,000 salespersons from another agency saw Huttons grow to more than 4,000 agents to become the third largest agency as of 1 Jan 2022. This made Huttons the fastest-growing agency for the year.
But that’s not all – Huttons continued to add more salespersons in 2022 and as of 1 Jan 2023, Huttons is the fastest-growing agency for the second consecutive year.
“For the first time ever, Huttons had more than 5,000 salespersons registered with the Council for Estate Agencies. The collective efforts of everyone in Huttons coming together to do good for the community have propelled our growth for the past two years,” announces Mr Mark Yip, Chief Executive Officer of Huttons Asia, in a press statement.
“This achievement would not be possible had the agency not intensified its efforts to transform itself in the areas of marketing, media publicity, information technology and training. It brings us closer to our target of 6,000 salespersons by the end-2024. Our leadership and open-sharing culture set Huttons apart from other agencies. We also emphasise authenticity and relevancy and will continue to empower our community to make better decisions,” Mr Yip concludes.
