Nice condominium with a quiet environment away from the crowds but easy to reach by public transportation, close to Dahkota mrt station, close to mounthbain mrt station, near the bus stop and can see the view of the beautiful multi-storey building, see the very beautiful sunset and morning day can see the sunrise with its beauty.

Usually takes 10-15mins drive to reach suntec and mbfc.
5min walk to mrt and hawker center.
Shopping malls are all within 10-15mins using public transport or driving. 1 mrt stop to kallang wave, kallang leisure, paya lebar quarters, kinex etc.
