Built off of the former Phoenix Heights, Phoenix Residences is a brand new residence with a 99-year leasehold, in the heart of Bukit Panjang (District 23). Occupying about 59,825 square feet, Phoenix Residences sits smack on the junction at Phoenix Road and Phoenix Avenue. The private development is only available to an exclusive 72 apartment owners. 

Phoenix Residences By OKP Holdings

The development of Phoenix Residences is overtaken by OKP Holdings, an infrastructure and civil engineering group in Singapore. The company has a very eclectic portfolio, having developed just about everything from airplane runways and expressways, to home developments like The Essence, and numerous developments for the Housing Development Board (HDB).

You can look forward to Phoenix Residences bursting through the property market with an expected TOP status in 2024. 

Getting To and From Phoenix Residences

The Bukit Panjang neighbourhood is believed to be one of the most charming places to live in the west of Singapore, and for all the right reasons.
