Inspired by Tampines North’s tranquil living environment, the facade comes in varying heights with green stripes on their facades, creating imagery of mountain ridges – hence the name “Tampines GreenRigdes”.

Within the HDB, there is a central green spine shaded by trees, where residents can enjoy the use of the children’s playgrounds, adult and elderly fitness areas, and jogging tracks, all amidst a lush green backdrop. There are also landscaped decks designed atop the two blocks of two-storey car parks. On these green decks, you can find many other facilities.

Accessibility

Tampines MRT Station, the nearest station to Tampines GreenRidges, is an interchange station between the East-West Line (EWL) and the Downtown Line (DTL). A few stops from Tampines, Paya Lebar MRT station connects you to the Circle Line (CCL). Residents can also travel to City Hall MRT station which is an interchange station with the North-South Line (NSL). On top of that, the upcoming Tampines North MRT along the Cross-Island Line (CRL) due 2030 is also near Tampines GreenRidges.

Alternatively, there is also a bus interchange nearby. Tampines Bus Interchange is located within the Tampines Town Centre, and it is connected to the MRT station via a sheltered walkway. It provides residents with bus services that cover areas around Tampines, Simei, and the industrial areas around Changi North. 

Drivers can conveniently make their way to Changi Airport via Tampines Expressway (TPE) within a 10-minute drive and getting to the CBD and Orchard Shopping District would take approximately 25 minutes via Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE). Rest assured that residents of Tampines GreenRidges will have a seamless travel experience around the island. 

Nearby amenities

A few minutes' bus ride from Tampines GreenRidges will take you to some exciting amenities in Tampines Estate such as Tampines One, Century Square, and many other shopping centres. Our Tampines Hub is within walking distance (12 minutes), and you can cycle there as well. The hub comes with a range of facilities such as sports facilities, a regional library, community club programmes and facilities, arts programmes and facilities, a hawker centre, F&B outlets and retail shops.

On top of that, Tampines GreenRidges is situated along the Park Connector.  This may be convenient for residents who like to walk or cycle – there is one pathway that links you directly to Tampines MRT Station.

The nearby Tampines 1 offers a wide variety of fast fashion, beauty, and F&B concepts. Alternatively, Tampines Mall and Century Square are also located nearby.

Hawker centres near Tampines GreenRidges

Though the nearest hawker centre from Tampines GreenRigdes is located at Our Tampines Hub, you might want to go to Pasir Ris Central Hawker Centre instead. It is popular for its unique concept that combines traditional hawkers and modern food. 

If you would like to find some hawker favourites such as bak chor mee, fish soup, and ayam penyet, the first floor pretty much has it all covered. However, if you are into something different, take the stairs up to the Fareground! 

The second floor of Pasir Ris Hawker Centre offers more eclectic food choices such as kebab, ice cream waffles, and even beef bourguignon. It is fair to say that this food centre in Pasir Ris caters to many different palates and dining preferences.
