Pollen Collection

Pollen Collection is a new launch landed project in District 28 in the Seletar Hills housing estate. Along with its sister project, Nim Collection, Pollen Collection is part of a series of landed developments by Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited (BSEL). Expected to TOP in 2026, Pollen Collection will feature abundant greenery with 4 semi-detached homes and 128 units of terrace homes. Pollen Collection's is designed by the renowned W Architects. BSEL is behind numerous private housing projects in Singapore, such as LIV@MB, 8 St Thomas and The Atelier. Pollen Collection's houses and facilities

There are four types of houses at Pollen Collection:

• Type A intermediate terrace - 4,101 sq ft
• Type A2 corner terrace - 4,144 sq ft to 4,532 sq ft
• Type D corner terrace - 4,865 sq ft
• Type C2 semi-detached - 4,381 sq ft

All of Pollen Collection's houses are designed for multi-generational families as they have five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Thanks to the project's signature envelope design, the living and dining rooms have a 6-metre high ceiling which invites natural light and good airflow into the home. Every home will come with a private glass door lift, which is electrically powered, making it faster than hydraulic lifts. This will help improve accessibility for residents, making it one of the key features here Pollen Collection. There's also a spacious private car porch which can fit up to three cars and is equipped with isolator points for the installation of Electric Vehicles.

There are plenty of areas for family bonding or hosting special occasions. Residents can turn the mezzanine floor between the first and second levels into an entertainment lounge or an alfresco terrace. There are open terraces where families can enjoy dining outside or a BBQ.

Some of Pollen Collection's corner terraces also come with a private pool so residents can clock in a quick workout or simply enjoy a respite in privacy.

Accessibility from Pollen Collection Nim Road

Sitting on Nim Road, Pollen Collection has access to the very efficient transportation system that serves the area. There are several MRT stations within close access. On the North-South Line, residents can access Bishan MRT Interchange, NS15 Yio Chu Kang MRT, and Ang Mo Kio MRT stations. On the Circle Line, residents can navigate their daily commute beginning at Lorong Chuan MRT and Serangoon MRT Interchange near Pollen Collection. 

The expansive roads of Seletar and its surrounding areas are known by many to be uber-relaxing to drive in. And the relaxation doesn’t come without a fantastic road network. The road that is literally at Pollen Collection, Nim Road, grants immediate access to other major roads like Sengkang Road and Yio Chu Kang Road. Areas like the Central Business District (CBD), Marina Bay, and Orchard Road, are all accessible within a relaxing 20-minute drive, through the convenient Seletar Expressway (SLE), Central Expressway (CTE), and Tampines Expressway (TPE) near Pollen Collection. 

The area is currently undergoing enhancements, which will allow residents an even shorter drive to the city. Road network enhancements include the addition of the Punggol Semi-Expressway and North-South Expressway (NSE). 

Amenities Near Pollen Collection Landed

Getting necessities is very easy from Pollen Collection, and will mostly require just a stroll. Groceries and other family necessities such as tuition can be found at the nearby Greenwich Village, which is just metres away. Residents can also venture a little further toward Ang Mo Kio Hub Shopping Mall, or Seletar Mall, which is just at arm’s reach. All three malls offer varied ambiences and shopping experiences, so residents can have their pick by the day. 

There are numerous food havens near Pollen Collection for residents to get their fixes from, whichever cuisine they feel like indulging in for the day. Jalan Kayu is rather close by, and the area is known for late-night supper spots that residents can fuel up from. Serangoon Gardens is another gastronomical paradise that is within walking distance from Pollen Collection. The options are truly endless. 

There are also recreational centres and community parks within close range. Families will especially enjoy their time at Lower Peirce Reservoir and Seletar Country Club.
