There are four types of houses at Pollen Collection:
- Type A intermediate terrace - 4,101 sq ft
- Type A2 corner terrace - 4,144 sq ft to 4,532 sq ft
- Type D corner terrace - 4,865 sq ft
- Type C2 semi-detached - 4,381 sq ft
All of Pollen Collection's houses are designed for multi-generational families as they have five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Thanks to the project's signature envelope design, the living and dining rooms have a 6-metre high ceiling which invites natural light and good airflow into the home. Every home will come with a private glass door lift, which is electrically powered, making it faster than hydraulic lifts.
