What do you like about 99.co?
The first time I came to Singapore five years ago, I wasn’t very happy with the service I received from a property agent as I felt that he didn’t provide professional advice or made an effort to negotiate on my behalf. This time, I spent about three months researching neighbourhoods and market prices. I tried using other property portals but got annoyed by the amount of duplicate and suspicious-looking listings, so I gave 99.co a try. I found the app to be a lot more user-friendly, and I love that I can search for places near MRT stations – as a foreigner, it can be really hard to visualize addresses and distances.
