Around 7,000 Singaporeans have visited Treasure at Tampines’ sales gallery since its opening. Sim Lian Group Limited is bringing forward the sales launch to 23rd March, in light of the strong interest.
Treasure at Tampines is one of the biggest projects to be launched this year. The 99-year leasehold condo, located in District 18, has more than 2,200 units available. It is comprised of 29, twelve-storey blocks and one- to five-bedroom apartments, with an indicative price of about $1,280 per square feet.
Meanwhile, a one-bedroom apartment can cost about $585,000 and five-bedders can reach $1.88 million.
Spanning about 11 football fields, the development sits on 650,000 square feet plot of former Tampines Court. Sim Lian developer bought Tampines Court in an en-bloc for $970 million, in August 2017.
