Lentor Central Residences is the sixth new launch in Lentor, situated in District 26. It is a collaborative project by esteemed developers Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand, and CSC Land Group. The new launch condo holds a 99-year leasehold tenure and comprises 477 units distributed across two towers of 28 and 27 storeys. Covering a land size of approximately 158,263 square feet, the expected Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) is slated for the third quarter of 2028.
On September 18, 2023, the joint venture won the tender for the Lentor Central GLS site with the top bid of $435.1 million, translating to $982 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr). The site is located right next to Hillock Green, which was launched previously in November 2023.

The Lentor neighbourhood is conveniently located near future developments in Ang Mo Kio and the northeast region. Public transport is also set to improve with the Cross Island line (CRL) which will be completed in the early 2030s. Residents of Lentor Central Residences can take the CRL from Ang Mo Kio station to get to eastern and western Singapore, including Jurong Lake District and Changi.
