Lentor Central Residences is the sixth new launch in Lentor, situated in District 26. It is a collaborative project by esteemed developers Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand, and CSC Land Group. The new launch condo holds a 99-year leasehold tenure and comprises 477 units distributed across two towers of 28 and 27 storeys. Covering a land size of approximately 158,263 square feet, the expected Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) is slated for the third quarter of 2028.
On September 18, 2023, the joint venture won the tender for the Lentor Central GLS site with the top bid of $435.1 million, translating to $982 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr). The site is located right next to Hillock Green, which was launched previously in November 2023.

Lentor Central Residences is within proximity to Lentor MRT station (approximately 900m, 8 minutes walk) on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL). TEL brings residents close to the famous Orchard Road Shopping Belt as it is just a few stops away – those who work in the city area can conveniently get to Shenton Way and the Central Business District (CBD) with one direct line.
Future residents can also enjoy easy access to multiple lines: Circle Line via Caldecott (CC17/TE9), North-South Line via Orchard (NS22/TE14), Downtown Line via Stevens (DT10/TE11), and North-East Line via Outram Park (NE3/EW16/TE17).
For those who prefer to drive, Lentor Central Residences will be a short drive to the North-South Corridor, expected to be completed in 2027. It will be Singapore's longest transit corridor, connecting the northern region to the city centre. With dedicated bus lanes, cycling trunk routes and pedestrian paths, the 21.5km corridor is expected to cut travelling times down by 10 to 15 minutes.

The Lentor neighbourhood is conveniently located near future developments in Ang Mo Kio and the northeast region. The Punggol Digital District, Sengkang West Industrial Park, and Lorong Halus Industrial Estate are upcoming employment nodes. Those who live in the Northeast can get to work more quickly and conveniently.
Public transport is also set to improve with the Cross Island line (CRL) which will be completed in the early 2030s. Residents of Lentor Central Residences can take the CRL from Ang Mo Kio station to get to eastern and western Singapore, including Jurong Lake District and Changi.
Ang Mo Kio will also be Singapore's first model walking and cycling town with dedicated cycling paths. The park connectors will link residents to various amenities in the housing estate and MRT stations. In future, the walking and cycling paths will connect Ang Mo Kio to other estates.
