Media Circle Serviced Apartments in One-north Business District

Designated site for long-stay serviced apartments launched under the 1H2024 Government Land Sales (GLS) programme at Media Circle. Located in One-north, District 5, the 62,046 sq ft site has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 260,605 sq ft. The upcoming serviced apartments in Media Circle is expected to yield approximately 520 units. 

The site at Media Circle is the first one to be entirely designated for long-stay serviced apartments since the new property classification was announced in November 2023. The new rental category requires a minimum three-month stay, hence it will be suitable temporary housing for expats working in the One-north business district. 

The upcoming Media Circle serviced apartments is close to many biomedical and information technology firms, as well as notable educational institutions, including the British international school Tanglin Trust School and the National University of Singapore. Its proximity to one-north MRT station ensures seamless travel all over Singapore.

The tender for the Media Circle serviced apartments site will close on Sept 19, together with a commercial and residential site at Tampines Street 94.

While it’s not quite within walking distance to some, future residents of Media Circle's new condo can make use of the bus service available within the precinct – the nearest bus stop is Bef Whitchurch Rd, located just across the road. Additionally, those who drive will find it convenient to have quick access to the Ayer Rajah Expressway which ensures the pulse of the city is always within reach.
