      In 2021, the 220,241 sq ft site at Watten Estate Condominium was put up for an en bloc sale. It was sold to UOL Group and Singapore Land Group (SingLand) for S$550.8m, translating to S$1,723 psf per plot ratio. It was one of Singapore's biggest residential collective sales in 2021.
