2 years agoNice estate having its own mini shopping mall with a clinic, preschool, Sheng Siong supermarket and coffeeshop with decent food options which helps in the convenience. Walking distance is about 15-20mins to MRT station but there are many bus options to multiple areas and bus to MRT station can take about 5mins or more. It is very near to many schools - walkable in about 10mins to NUS high school, New Town Secondary school, Singapore Polytechnic, School of Science and Technology Singapore, Technical University of Munich Asia and NUS as well.
