Clementi Peaks is bounded by Clementi Avenue 1 and Avenue 2. It comprises 4 residential blocks with 1,104 units of 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-room and 3Gen flats. The development is named Clementi Peaks due to its prominent height, which is up to 40-storey high.

Within Clementi Peaks, an eating house and retail shops serve the daily needs of residents. A roof garden provides an outdoor space for residents to enjoy, interact, and relax in a greener setting. 

Launched during the February 2017 BTO, the Clementi Peaks’ TOP was in 2022. Due to some of its blocks being parts of the SERS project, resale HDB flats at Clementi Peaks may hit the open market earlier than the usual MOP waiting time for BTO projects.

Accessibility

Clementi Peaks is well-linked through major roads and expressways located nearby. Driving to the CBD and the city areas takes approximately 18 minutes via Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). As for public transport, the HDB is conveniently located within walking distance of Clementi MRT station and Clementi Bus Interchange, situated in the Clementi Town Centre. 

Cross Island Line (CRL) Phase 2

Serving the East-West Line (EWL), Clementi is soon to be an interchange that links to Cross Island Land (CRL) as well. It is a part of CRL Phase 2, which is expected to operate entirely by 2032. The other interchange along CRL2 is located at the King Albert Park station, connecting commuters to the Downtown Line (DTL). 

CRL Phase 2 is approximately 15 kilometres long, with 6 underground stations, including Turf City, King Albert Park, Maju, Clementi, West Coast, and Jurong Lake District.
