    An interesting old neighbourhood that has an interesting mix of public housing, shops, kopitiams (coffee shops), and hawker centre. Check out the old folks playing chess at the open area. There is also an increasing number of sleazy massage parlours in the area.

    Old HDB mixed development. Has a coffee shop with a famous pork noodle. Parking is atrocious as it is also a one way street. If driving, save yourself the pain and just park at the MSCP opposite. Lots of lots and sheltered.

    A housing development area by the banks of a canal which flows into the Kallang Basin.The area consist mostly of HDB flats and some private condos.There is a hawker centre , coffeeshops and many other shops and other amenities here.The Crawford Court is part of Jalan Besar GRC and is manage by the Jalan Besar Town Council.Across the canal is the ICA Building.Lots of people go there to attend to immigration matters.The Lavender Mrt Stn and public bus stop by just by the ICA Building.The area is quite close to the city centre.Its location is at the city boundary.Easy to reach by mrt,buses, taxis and own transportations. Dated : 02/08/2018 ( Thursday ).
