Parc Vista is a 99 years leasehold condominium located at Corporation Road, and it’s near both Lakeside MRT and the prestigious Rulang Primary School. If your child needs to relax after a particularly tiring day at school, there are plenty of facilities within the condominium (including BBQ pits, playgrounds, and swimming pools) that will allow him/her to do just that.
Nearby amenities include Boon Lay Shopping Centre, Jurong West 505 Market & Food Centre, and Jurong Point. If you want to book a facility within this condo or pay your maintenance fees, you can do so using the LifeUp – Smart Living app. If that’s not convenience, we don’t know what is!
Best of both worlds condo #2: The Clearwater
Reputable school within 1km: Yuneng Primary School and Red Swastika School
MRT station within walking distance: Bedok Reservoir MRT

The Clearwater is located in a tranquil part of Bedok estate in District 15, with a handful of units overlooking the scenic Bedok Reservoir and park. Given its quiet location, this condo is nevertheless right at the doorstep of Bedok Reservoir MRT on the Downtown Line, which provides direct access to the CBD and Changi Business Park.
Meanwhile, The Marketplace @ 58 (a famous old-school hawker centre) and a neighbourhood hub is just a short hop and skip away. Residents also have the benefit of not just one, but two reputable schools — Yuneng Primary and Red Swastika — within 1km of their home.
#3: Sun Plaza
Nearby: Canberra Primary School and Sembawang MRT
Year built: 2001

If you’re not working nearby, it might not be a popular option to stay in the North. But if you ask us, the condo at Sun Plaza is a great place to call home. For one, you’re located directly above a shopping mall, and right next to Sembawang MRT and the bus interchange (i.e. unbeatable convenience). Staying at Sun Plaza also puts you in close proximity to Canberra Primary School; like the other schools on this list, this is an award-winning school that boasts a great track record.
With the low number of units in the development, there is a likelihood that Sun Plaza would also be attractive for developers sniffing out an en bloc deal down the road.
#4: The Jade
Nearby: Keming Primary School and Bukit Batok MRT
Year built: 2004
Average psf sale price: $995.20
Similar to Sun Plaza, The Jade scores major brownie points when it comes to convenience and accessibility. This condominium is located right next to West Mall and Bukit Batok MRT, and there are plenty of coffee shops, parks and other amenities in the area.
If you stay here, you’ll be nearby Keming Primary School, which has won character development awards, national education awards, best practices (in teaching and learning) awards, and more. Bonus: if you have younger kids who are of preschool-going age, there’s also a PAP community foundation branch within walking distance!
#5: Regent Park
Nearby: Nan Hua Primary School and Clementi MRT
Year built: 1997
Average psf sale price: $1000.60
We’re not going to lie, Regent Park looks a little dated especially when you’re comparing it to the Trilinq, which is a newly-built condo located across the street. That said, this project is still a great choice for families who want to enjoy their peace and quiet, yet be near to reputable schools and other amenities.
If you stay here, your go-to hangout will probably be the Clementi Mall, which is located within walking distance of the condominium. Nan Hua Primary School, which is a Special Assistance Plan (SAP) school that offers the Gifted Education Programme (GEP), is also nearby.
