iNZ Residence, located at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5, will be the first Executive Condominium (EC) to be launched in Singapore in 2017. iNZ Residence is developed by Qingjian Realty, which was awarded the project after submitting the highest bid of $156 million in August 2015. It comprises of 9 blocks of 15 and 16 storey apartments totalling 497 units, and has an expected TOP date of August 2019.

iNZ Residence’s showroom will be located near the actual EC site, between Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5 and Brickland Road. More details to come nearer the launch!

A closer look within iNZ Residence

iNZ Residence will come with a Smart Home system, similar to that of The Visionaire, which is also developed by Qingjian. This system allows homeowners to control their homes remotely, using their mobile devices. Amongst other things, homeowners can unlock their doors using their cell phones, and also control all smart home devices including air conditioning, speakers, and lights using a mobile app.

A wider look around iNZ Residence

Continuing in the same vein, iNZ Residence will be located next to Tengah Forest Town, an upcoming development which is set to become Singapore’s largest smart town. Nature-lovers will be excited to check out the ‘Forest Fringe’ that will run around the entire town, as well as a 100m-wide, 5km-long forest corridor that will link it to the surrounding green network between the adjacent catchment areas.

Homeowners of iNZ Residence can expect fuss-free connectivity via the Kranji Expressway (KJE) to the rest of the island. For those who don’t drive, Choa Chu Kang MRT station is a few stops away from the EC by bus. Also, the Bukit Panjang Integrated Transport Hub, once up, will link all the public transport options – bus, MRT, LRT – seamlessly for greater ease of getting around.

iNZ Residence is located a stone’s throw away from several primary, secondary and tertiary institutions. To the east of iNZ Residence lies open land, which is also zoned for future development of a school. As schools are typically only built up to a maximum of six floors, this will mean less obstruction of windflow for homeowners – but at the same time, you’ll be subject to more noise as well.

iNZ Residence is also close by to the upcoming Keat Hong Community Club

The nearest shopping area to iNZ Residence is Sunshine Place, which is five minutes away on foot, and two minutes away if you’re driving. Sunshine Place houses a Giant supermarket, Kopitiam foodcourt, and other shops.

Keat Hong Shopping Centre, which is approximately eight minutes away on foot, is another shopping and dining option containing salons, food centres, clinics, and even a wet market all under one roof. Lot One Shopping Mall is also within reach, as well as the upcoming Hillion Mall, which is slated to open in early 2017.
