However, this is IOI’s first independently developed ultra-luxury branded residence in Singapore. Across the region, IOI operates nine hotels and has a stake in JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach.
The Marina View project is part of IOI’s broader hospitality push across Singapore, Malaysia, and China. The company has even introduced cross-border tourism efforts like direct coach services between Singapore and IOI Resort City in Putrajaya, Malaysia.
Architecture and interior design
W Residences Marina View was designed by renowned Singapore-based architectural firm Architects 61. Interior spaces were crafted by Australian design firm Hachem, known for their bold and unconventional style.
The project also brings in Woh Hup as its main contractor, a name that’s been shaping Singapore’s skyline for nearly a century. Together, this team has created an immersive environment featuring layered gardens, lush greenery, tranquil water features, and open spaces designed to build community.
You’ll notice a strong emphasis on aesthetics that spark curiosity and comfort. The development uses modern design language and lifestyle-driven layouts to support both privacy and interaction.

Facilities and amenities
Living at W Residences Marina View gives you access to a wide range of lifestyle-focused amenities, all designed to elevate your daily living experience.
As a resident, you’ll enjoy services provided by a dedicated W residential team. These include home-based spa sessions, tailored pet care, and the comforts of hotel-style living with the privacy that only a luxury residence can offer.

In addition, round-the-clock concierge support is available, along with in-residence dining, key management services, and valet assistance. All of these are part of the development’s aim to deliver hotel-level convenience within a private home setting

Facilities are spread across three levels, each offering a distinct mix of functions. On Level 15, known as WET® & FIT, you’ll find a 25-metre infinity edge sky pool paired with sun loungers and towel service. There’s also a fully equipped gym, a pulse studio, and a dedicated space for hot yoga sessions. This floor focuses on fitness and relaxation, providing spaces to unwind or stay active.

Level 34, called the LIVING ROOM, is designed for social gatherings. This area includes outdoor barbecue spots and private dining lounges. A wine lounge, complete with fridges, complements the setting, while a fully-equipped kitchenette supports small events or private functions.

Beyond these main levels, residents have access to other thoughtful additions. These include a golf simulator and a VIP residential lobby with a private drop-off point located on Level 4. At the ground level, a 20,000 square foot Privately-Owned Public Space (POPS) has been planned. This will feature curated gourmet and cultural spaces open to both residents and the public, offering more variety to the overall lifestyle experience.
As an added perk, owners will also receive Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite status until 2029. You’ll also be enrolled in ONVIA, a concierge and lifestyle platform created for branded residence owners, giving you privileged access to a global network of benefits and services.
