Former Meyer Park is a freehold condo development located in Marine Parade, District 15. It is a redevelopment of the Meyer Park en bloc project which was completed in 1985. The development had a site area of 96,672 sqft and comprised 60 units. In February 2023, Former Meyer Park was sold to UOL and Singapore Land Group in an en bloc sale for S$392.18 million.
