In the recent tender that closed on 18 January 2024, the Media Circle GLS site garnered 3 bids, with the top bid placed by a joint venture between CNQC Realty (Clementi) Pte. Ltd. and Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd. 

CNQC Realty (Clementi) Pte. Ltd. is an entity of Qingjian Realty, while Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd. is an entity under China Communications Construction Company, also known as Forsea Holdings. The Qingjian Realty - Forsea Holdings JV won the Media Circle site tender with a bid of $395 million, equivalent to a land rate of about $1,191 psf ppr. 

Qinjiang Realty has a long list of portfolios for constructing the Singapore skyline. Recent notable projects from the Group include Altura, The Arden, and Tenet EC. Forsea Holdings has also recently launched Hillock Green in 2023, a 99-year lease condo with 474 residential units in Lentor Central.
