Novo Place by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments marks the second executive condominium unveiled in the up-and-coming Tengah estate, District 24, following the remarkable sell-out success of Copen Grand EC in 2022.

Marketed as Singapore’s first ‘Forest Town’, Tengah will be progressively developed into a green and sustainable town with a focus on smart living. Residents can expect to live next to lush greenery and nature whilst being close to a variety of amenities such as schools, a sports hub, and medical centres. 

The town will feature energy-efficient buildings and eco-friendly initiatives as part of Singapore’s sustainability efforts. Furthermore, it is poised to become the first estate to adopt smart technologies town-wide.
