Their successful bid follows their acquisition in September 2023 of the adjacent Parcel A (now Novo Place), spanning 176,973 square feet, for S$348.5 million, equivalent to S$703 psf ppr. Both sites are close to a range of amenities, including malls like JEM, Westgate, and IMM and educational institutions like ACS (Primary) and Princess Elizabeth Primary School.
