Project Details

Developed by Dairy Farm Walk JV Development Pte Ltd, Narra Residences will comprise 540 residential units across seven blocks, along with four commercial shops and a full suite of communal facilities. The development sits on a 21,881.10 sqm site with a gross plot ratio of 2.25 and includes a basement car park with 546 vehicle lots. Designed by P&T Consultants with landscape architecture by Ecoplan Asia, the project blends modern planning with nature-led design, setting a new benchmark for forest-side living within the Bukit Panjang planning area.

Dairy Farm Walk GLS

The site, Dairy Farm Walk GLS plot under the Confirmed List of the 1H2024 GLS programme, was awarded at S$1,020 psf ppr to a consortium of SNC2 Realty Pte. Ltd., Apex Asia Alpha Investment Two Pte. Ltd., Soon Li Heng Civil Engineering Pte Ltd and Kay Lim Realty Pte. Ltd. on 21 January 2025. It follows the successful tendering of two other GLS sites – later developed into Dairy Farm Residences and The Botany at Dairy Farm.
