    Really lovely area and also near 1919 which is worth checking out for boutique units

    It has a good view of the Istana. On some days when they trim the trees we can look right inside the Istana and see the VIPs there. It is one of the most tranquil and peaceful places in the Singapore CBD. It's surrounded by a wall of rainforest trees, next to the Istana. We hear the songbirds every morning and it is quiet for most of the day except for school hours. There are relatively few people staying in this central location. Emily park is nearby and provides a transcendental place to meditate. You hardly feel in your in the city centre.

Orchard Sophia is a freehold New Launch Condo located at Sophia Road in District 9. The award-winning development is a statement of redefined luxury, offering a hilltop sanctuary of curated comforts in the city.
