1 year agoFull condo facilities with great management and maintenance. Common areas are well maintained. Also, there are usually festive activities organised for the residents (CNY, Deepavali, Mooncake to name a few). There is a back gate to the Punggol pcn. A shuttle bus service to Hougang MRT station. For those who prefer to walk, it is about 15 mins walk to Hougang MRT.

1 year ago❇️Came here to visit my elder cousin's family during every Chinese New Year period, and I like to take pictures of the River Serangoon aka Sungei Seranggung and the scenic views of this beautiful condomimium complex. ✳️This is a very well-designed spacious condominium complex, complete with a large event function hall, swimming pools and other amenities. 🟨 I really like the location of this condo as it is sited next to a picturesque river, where nearby residents can walk or take a jog at morning or evening time.
