Parks near The Glades Nature lovers would love to spend the day at Bedok Reservoir Park, just a short drive away from The Glades. Other than the East Coast Park, it is a popular destination amongst joggers and water sports enthusiasts in the eastern part of Singapore.  The park surrounds the 88-hectare Bedok Reservoir, making it a great place for water activities–from kayaking to wakeboarding, you name it! Bedok Reservoir Park has a 4.3-kilometre running track where fitness enthusiasts, schools, and organisations normally conduct their regular runs too. Alternatively, sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery from the benches that are conveniently placed throughout the park. Libraries near The Glades Bedok Public Library, located 2 km away, has about 200,000 items in their collection. Places of Worship near The Glades Muslims won’t have to go far for Friday prayers as Masjid Kampung Siglap is located just a short drive away from The Glades. It was widely believed that the mosque was collectively built by the village folk, hence the name. The old mosque building was able to accommodate 400 people.
