Wilshire Residences is a new freehold condominium in District 10, a single tower of 12 storeys and a total of 85 luxurious, exclusive apartment units. Wilshire unfolds upon undulating terrain, creating a unique terraced design. Wilshire Residences is developed by TE2KS-RH Pte Ltd, a joint venture by experienced developers, Tong Eng Group, Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited, and investor Kim Seng Holdings Pte Ltd. The condominium project was awarded Best Private Condo Development in Singapore at Asia Property Awards Singapore 2020.

Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited is an established property and hospitality group with an Asia-Pacific focus and a track record that extends back to May 1967. Wilshire Residences is situated on a unique site, with a 12m level difference resulting in a unique tower massing. As a continuity to the surrounding green, the residence features unique garden-themed features, including cascading gardens, spice gardens, lily ponds and flower terraces. The units are designed to open to the surrounding views, address environmental factors and cater to the residents’ needs. A shift in the tower massing orientation achieves wider frontage and maximum ventilation. Screens are added on the east-west facade avoiding the sun-path. A mid-level sky terrace provides residents respite and recreation.

The architect behind Wilshire Residences’ contemporary design is JGP Architecture, a Singapore-based award-winning architectural practice dedicated to providing design excellence for clients. Established in 1985, the firm now has offices spanning Asia, in major cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Ho Chi Minh City and Kuala Lumpur, providing comprehensive architectural consultancy and project management services.
