Valley Spring HDB has numerous bus stops dotting Yishun Street 42. The nearest one is at Blk 477B, approximately 100 metres away from the development. From there, you can easily access the transport hub next to Northpoint City Mall (2.4km).
Yishun MRT Station and Yishun Bus Interchange serve community amenities (Yishun Polyclinic, Nee Soon East Community Centre, etc.), as well as schools and housing developments in the area. The MRT runs along the North-South Line (NSL) and is a few stops away from several interchanges that link to the Circle Line (CCL) and Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL).

With the November BTO 2022 launch, more residential projects are set to be built in the Yishun neighbourhood. The Yishun BTO locations along Yishun Avenue 1 and Avenue 10 are relatively close to Valley Spring. So, although the area is already self-sufficient as it is, do expect more new facilities around you!
Business hubs such as Woodlands Regional Centre and Seletar Aerospace Park bring job opportunities closer to home, while the CBD is less than half an hour's drive away from Valley Spring @ Yishun.

Residents will find that they can easily buy groceries from one of four supermarkets within a kilometre radius of Valley Spring. More than that, the grand Northpoint City has a lot to offer! Northpoint City is a popular shopping mall in the neighbourhood, with many different stores to suit the needs of the residents in the area.
Fashion-wise, there is a combination of boutique outlets and clothing franchise stores; shoppers would see such familiar names as Cotton On, Denizen and Giordano, Electronics can be bought at Harvey Norman and Challenger, and stationery and books can be bought at Popular and Smiggle, and the mall also hosts a library. Furniture, jewellery and cosmetics, and other items are also sold at Northpoint City.

There are many coffee shops in the surrounding area for residents who are reluctant to travel far for a meal; examples include Yishun 81 Food Court, Zi Zai Vegetarian, Zi CHAR, and Eatzi Gourmet Restaurant at SAFRA Yishun.
Residents of Valley Spring @ Yishun who are foodies at heart will be delighted to know that there are many stellar food choices in the area. For hawker fare, check out 928 Yishun Laksa at Yishun Central, which is much raved about and is affordable to boot. Also try a plate of boneless chicken rice at 925 Yishun Chicken Rice – word has it that the taste is outstanding!
You will have so much to explore when it comes to hawker favourites, especially because Yishun Park Hawker Centre is only a kilometre away from Valley Spring.
