Blossom Spring @ Yishun is bounded by Yishun Avenue 6 and Yishun Street 42. Just outside the development, you will find a bus stop (Opp Blk 391) which offers a feeder bus service to reach Yishun MRT Station.

Yishun MRT Station is an above-ground station along the North-South Line (NSL) located next to Northpoint City. The Circle Line (CCL) and Thomson-East Line (TEL) can be accessed respectively from Bishan and Woodlands MRT Stations, just a few stops from Yishun.

Originally located at Yishun Street, Yishun Public Library has been relocated to Northpoint City Shopping Centre and underwent a major renovation to serve the community better. 

It now covers an area of 2,530 square meters, housing a collection of about 121,000 books, around 300 magazine titles, and 3,000 audio-visual items for all age groups in the four official languages.

The interiors of Yishun Public Library are inspired by the neighbourhood's evolution from natural plantation heritage to a bustling estate. The main pathway is mirrored with a ceiling light panel that guides you into the different sections of the library. 

The entrance lobby is designed to be an uncluttered space with a prominent atrium design that welcomes people into the Virtual Library, a first-of-its-kind. It is the first in the public library network to house a dedicated Digital Learning Zone, which features an extensive selection of the National Library Board’s (NLB) digital collection.

This feature allows users to enjoy easy access and seamless browsing of digital content. Of course, the Quiet Reading Lounge is also decked with cosy individual nooks for you to get comfy with a book in hand.

Parks Near Blossom Spring @ Yishun 

Residents of Blossom Spring @ Yishun can expect abundant greenery. Lower Seletar Reservoir Park, which inspired the development in the first place, is just a short drive away. Calm and peaceful with balmy breezes, Lower Seletar Reservoir Park is a pleasant place for leisure activities on land and in water. A fishing jetty maintained by PUB extends from the park into the reservoir.

It caters to avid anglers who cast their rods hoping to hook large snakeheads and tilapias swimming in the waters. On top of that, the park is also a popular venue for kayaking and dragon boating at the Lower Seletar Water Sports Centre.

Lower Seletar Reservoir Park features a Family Bay with a new performance stage, a water play area, a bioswale rain garden, and a Heritage Bridge. Benches along the edge of the reservoir provide a great view of the beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings.

Sports Centres Near Blossom Spring @ Yishun

Sporting needs are really catered for in Yishun. Yishun Sports Centre, formerly known as Yishun Sports and Recreation Centre, now consists of two separate satellite centres. The first one, Yishun Sports Hall, is located close to Lower Seletar Reservoir Park. 

The facility includes a sports hall, a gymnasium, and a stadium. Yishun Stadium consists of an 8-lane running track, 1 pitch, 2 sand pits for the long jump, a fitness corner, and a shot put throwing area outside the stadium.
