This is an expected drop as most of August coincides with the 7th lunar month; also known as the Hungry Ghosts festival, a period where local buyers avoid real estate transactions. - 14 units – Thomson Impressions
Lake Grande, The Trilinq and The Glades continue with their sales momentum and remain in the top five. In this update, we will look at the other two developments that round up the top 5.

Thomson Impressions
Thomson Impressions was launched in October 2015 and is expected to TOP in 2018. Out of 288 units, only 100 units remain for sale from the developer. There is still a good selection of unit configurations still available ranging from 1 bedroom units to strata landed units on sale.

Although Sims Urban Oasis has been making the news for the wrong reasons last week, it has gathered some good sales momentum this month. Guocoland and Woh Hup are very established names in the industry that has provided Singapore with many good quality developments.
