The aptly named Seaside Residences, located at Siglap Link, is a project jointly developed by Frasers Centrepoint Singapore, Seikisui House and Keong Hong Holdings . This project, which has a tenure of 99 years with an expected date of vacant possession to be April 2021, is housed on a 19,309.6 square metre site and comprises of 843 units over 4 blocks and 27 levels.
Development & developer details
The plot of land that Seaside Residences currently occupies is the first government land site sale along the ECP since 2001, resulting in the project drawing a fair bit of attention. The site was sold for $624.18 million in January 2016, with Frasers Centrepoint Singapore leading a consortium to win the highly contested tender.
In attempting to make the most out of the site’s location, the units at Seaside Residences have been strategically laid out such that over 70 percent of them face the sea. Given that residents can expect to enjoy unobstructed sea views, demand is projected to be high.

Stacks 29-31 are outward facing with the closest proximity to Siglap Road – meaning the units in these stacks will face more traffic noise.
Stacks 1-3 will be hit the worst by the dreaded afternoon sun; however, it is also these 3 stacks which are in closest proximity to the upcoming Siglap MRT Station. At its least, the walking distance from Seaside Residences to Siglap MRT Station is said to be 3 minutes; should you be staying at further stacks such as stacks 27-29, or stacks 30-36, the walk might stretch up to 10 minutes or so.

Amongst its other amenities, Seaside Residences boasts of 4 different pools, including a 115 metre long infinity pool which is said to be a big hit with potential buyers. At the same area, you’ll also find a sky terrace with a three storey-high ceiling.
With different layouts catering to different needs, buyers will be spoilt for choice when deciding which unit to purchase at Seaside Residences.
The most luxurious units are the ‘Prive’ units – these feature private lifts, and offer residents ultimate privacy and exclusivity. Those who appreciate large, uncluttered spaces will enjoy the ‘Vista’ units, which come with extended living and dining rooms that link to the balcony. For multi-generational families or investors looking to rent rooms out, go for the ‘Trio’ units, which come with two entrances and separate living spaces for added flexibility.
A wider look around Seaside Residences
The proximity of the upcoming Siglap MRT is undoubtedly a key draw to potential buyers. Public transport aside, Seaside Residences is also well-connected to the rest of Singapore via the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and the East Coast Parkway (ECP).
Residents will have no shortage of outdoor recreational amenities and commercial venues to spend their time at – including the East Coast Lagoon Food Village, Jumbo Seafood Centre, Bedok Jetty, and Siglap Centre. Parkway Parade, which has plenty of food and dining options, is a mere 10 minutes away by bus.
Another draw is the many schools around the area – the closest of the lot being Victoria School, which is located directly adjacent Seaside Residences. Victoria Junior College is approximately 12 minutes away by foot or 2 minutes by car, and located slightly further are Ngee Ann Primary and St Patrick’s Secondary.
