WeWork Launches First Co-working Space Outside CBD

WeWork is launching its tenth co-working space. The US-based company is opening its first location outside CBD at 380 Jalan Besar.

It is at 380 Jalan Besar and can house more than 380 people. As co-working spaces go, WeWork’s new space also caters to the young innovators who will occupy the space.

With surrounding amenities like a sky terrace, swimming pool, and an open rooftop, start-ups or freelancers can find activities to boost their creativity. It even has a gym, too, for those who need to work out to get new ideas.

Bendemeer, Lavender, and Boon Keng MRT stations are the closest to the new space. As are City Square Mall and the upcoming Paya Lebar Commercial Hub.

WeWork has plans to expand to 109 North Bridge Road with another location, as part of their pipeline for the second quarter of the year.
