The 48-storey tower facing the riverside stands tall at 180 metres, while the 24-storey residential tower overlooking Fort Canning Hill stands at 100 metres. The various components of CanningHill Piers are brought together in a strong and unified architectural identity through a façade drape which unveils building entrances, communal areas and green spaces at various heights.

CanningHill Piers is named as such to reflect its rare hill and river dual-frontage as it is complemented by both nature elements in its surroundings. This is reflected in its landscaping where the lush greenery of Fort Canning Hill extends to its various sky terraces. Future residents can look forward to an attractive riverfront promenade that connects seamlessly with the lively Clarke Quay area, as well as hiking from Fort Canning Park to Pearl’s Hill City Park through the Singapore River.
