According to a proviso filed in June 2021, K Suites is a redevelopment project of the preceding Ji Liang Gardens located at 21 Lorong K Telok Kurau, which Euro Properties acquired en bloc for a total of $18.6 million.

Transportation options near K Suites

Residents at K Suites will be able to utilise a variety of public transportation modes available to them. For starters, Eunos MRT is located 780 metres away. Residents can travel along the East-West Line to places like the Central Business District (CBD), Tampines and all the way to the western part of Singapore, such as Jurong East and Boon Lay.

There are also several bus routes outside of K Suites that can bring residents to areas such as Woodlands, Yio Chu Kang and Bishan, making it highly convenient for residents to travel via public transport. Furthermore, once stage 4 of the Thomson-East Coast Line is completed in the near future, residents will have an alternative route to travel to the CBD and bring them to the Upper Thomson area from either Marine Parade or Marine Terrace stations.

The expressway connects residents to key places such as Changi Airport, CBD and other key areas by offering a direct segue into the Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). To access other destinations in Singapore, residents can take a 6-minute drive towards Eunos to enter the Pan Island Expressway (PIE).
