Sceneca Residence is a 99-year leasehold new launch condominium located at Tanah Merah Kechil Link in District 16. It will be part of a mixed-use development comprising 24,693.12 sqm of residential space and approximately 2,000 sqm of retail space. Set to TOP in 2027, Sceneca Residence will have 268 residential units and 19 strata-titled commercial units and will be directly linked to Tanah Merah MRT station via a 24/7 linkway.

Sceneca Residence will have two blocks of 14 and 15-storey apartments, ranging from 1 to 4-bedroom units, including penthouses. The commercial space will have a 1,000 sqm supermarket and another 1,000 sqm of retail and F&B outlets.

In November 2020, MCC Land won the tender for the GLS site at Tanah Merah Kechil Link for $248.99 million ($930 psf per plot ratio), beating 14 other bids from various developers. MCC Land will develop Sceneca Residence together with Singapore-listed developer The Place Holdings and Malaysian developer, Ekovest Development. MCC Land and The Place Holdings are also in a long-term agreement to co-develop other projects.

In future, the Expo MRT station will also be connected to the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) which will increase accessibility to the Central Business District (CBD) and Northern parts of Singapore.
