In November 2020, MCC Land won the tender for the GLS site at Tanah Merah Kechil Link for $248.99 million ($930 psf per plot ratio), beating 14 other bids from various developers. MCC Land will develop Sceneca Residence together with Singapore-listed developer The Place Holdings and Malaysian developer, Ekovest Development. MCC Land and The Place Holdings are also in a long-term agreement to co-develop other projects.
