Excellent location, right beside Bukit Batok station. Value for own stay or investment. Investors are paying attention to Jurong East properties to align with the 2nd CBD of SG. However many has overlooked the fact that it only takes a 3 min train ride to the centre of JE. I believe this condo is currently undervalued and it has excellent capital appreciation when the public at large shifts attention to Bukit Batok area as the next district 9 of SG’s 2ND CBD.
