Novo Place

- Developer: Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments
- Location: Plantation Close, Tengah
- Tenure: 99 years
- Price: Starting at S$1,489 psf
Novo Place stands out as the latest addition to Tengah’s development landscape. It is the second executive condominium in the district, following the successful launch of Copen Grand in 2022. Novo Place offers 504 units spread across seven 18-storey blocks. On launch day (November 16), Novo Place sold 57% or 286 of its total units, averaging S$1,654 psf. Buyers select from 3- and 4-bedroom layouts, with flexible living spaces tailored for families and modern needs. Units with a study offer additional adaptability for work-from-home setups.
Sustainability is a key focus at Novo Place. The proven track record of EC developments by Hoi Hup and Sunway is a guarantee for the exceptional living Novo Place offers. The development aims for the Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification, a testament to its eco-friendly features. Up to 30% of its common facilities will run on solar power. Residents can enjoy many amenities, including four swimming pools — one of which is a 50m lap pool. The development also boasts a spacious clubhouse, co-working lounges, a children’s playground, and a tennis court.
Connectivity is also a strong selling point for Novo Place. It is just a 4-minute walk from the upcoming Tengah Park MRT Station, part of the Jurong Region Line expected to be operational in 2028. From there, residents will be only three stops from Jurong East, a major interchange station connecting multiple lines. This connectivity ensures easy access to Jurong Lake District, as well as other parts of Singapore via the East-West and North-South Lines.
