Marina View Residences is a 99-year leasehold mixed development, largely comprising residential units and a 540-room hotel in the Core Central Region (CCR). Strategically located at Union Street and Shenton Way junction in District 1, The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) estimates that there will be 905 private housing units and 540 hotel rooms. Marina View Residences will have a comprehensive mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom residential units.

Marina View Residences is an exciting, ultramodern project located in the highly coveted Marina Bay area.
