Accessibility

The Brownstone is a short 5-minute walk to Canberra MRT Station on the North-South Line. Besides accessibility to the MRT, the nearest bus stop is also a short 6-minute walk and connects residents to places such as Upper Thomson and even Ang Mo Kio. Drivers can also use Canberra Link which is just next to the condo to access the Seletar Expressway (SLE). From the SLE, residents can easily travel to the Central part of Singapore such as the CBD by connecting to the Central Expressway (CTE).

Shopping Centres Near The Brownstone

The nearest major mall to The Brownstone is Sembawang Shopping Centre. It is a 15-minute walk away or a short drive away from the development. Sembawang Shopping Centre is a four-storey mall comprising plenty of retail stores. Some notable stores across each level include Anytime Fitness and MR. D.I.Y on level 2, Astons, Giant and Q & M Dental Surgery (Sembawang) are anchor tenants of B1, Burger King, Daiso and Hei Sushi on level 1.

Besides Sembawang Shopping Mall, Sun Plaza is also a short 16-minute walk away. Sun Plaza is a mixed-use residential and commercial development with over 170 retail outlets that span five commercial levels. For restaurant and dining, there are tenants such as Haidilao Hot Pot, Crave, Dunkin’ Donuts and more. For banking services, there is ICBC Bank Singapore and a UOB Autolobby. For shopping and retail, there is Bata, Challenger, Decathlon, Japan Home and more. 

A little further down will bring residents to Northpoint City, which is the biggest mall in the North. There’s a variety of restaurants and other facilities in the mall itself.
