Singaporeans love to eat – that much is obvious. If you’re a night owl who constantly gets food cravings in the wee hours of the morning, check out these 5 condos that are located a stone’s throw away from some of our island’s best supper spots.

#1: Warner Court

District: D10

Nearest MRT: Holland Village

Units: 36

Average PSF rent price: $3.0

Best food nearby: Restaurants, bars, and Holland Village Market

Warner Court is located just a few minutes away from the Holland Village stretch of restaurants, bars and pubs. There’s a plethora of good food here, including Park at Holland Village, which is a cafe by day and bistro by night, and Rumours Bar and Grill, which is famous for their 1.2kg Fiorentina steak.

If you fancy something a little more local (and wallet-friendly!), check out Holland Village Market – some of the stalls there operate all the way till 12am.

#2: The Red House

District: D15

Nearest MRT: Marine Parade

Units: 42

Average PSF rent price: $3.4

Best food nearby: Katong belt

If you frequent the Katong area, you might’ve walked past The Red House a few times (or even dined at the Heavenly Wang outlet housed within it). But here’s what you might not know: this is actually a residential-retail-lifestyle heritage development, and there are units for rent upstairs!

Staying here is any foodie’s dream come true – just pop downstairs, and you’ll be met with an entire belt of cafes, bars and restaurants. If you fancy some Mexican, there’s Lower East Side Tacqueria; if you’re in the mood for Peranakan, head to Baba Chews Bar and Eatery. The famous 328 Katong Laksa and lobster restaurant Pince & Pints are also located on the same stretch.

#3: Kensington Park

Units: 316

Average PSF rent price: $2.1

Best food nearby: Chomp Chomp

If you live in Kensington Park, chances are that you’ll find yourself heading to Chomp Chomp for supper every single day.

There’s a smorgasbord of food to sample here – start your way from the classics, such as sambal stingray, BBQ chicken wings, hokkien noodles, and a tower of sugarcane juice. If you can stomach more, we also recommend the lok lok, carrot cake, and wanton mee. Feast away!

#4: Le Regal

Note: Le Regal is located close to the Red Light District, but we know some of you foodies won’t be dissuaded by that!

Le Regal is strategically located within Geylang – it’s right smack on a bustling street of restaurants, and if you stay here, it’s pretty much impossible to go hungry.

Literally at your doorstep is Eminent Frog Porridge, and further down the road, there’s a charcoal BBQ restaurant, a Chinese-style eatery specializing in Ma La, and the famous Leong Kee (Klang) Bak Kut Teh. Further still, you’ll find Geylang Famous Beef Kway Teow, and Geylang Lor 9 Fresh Frog Porridge.

#5: City Square Residences
