If you stay at this HDB block at Changi Village Road, you’ll be as close as humanly possible to Changi Beach – there aren’t any properties nearer to said beach. The surrounding area offers up plenty in the way of food, including cafes, bars and amazing local food (we’re referring to the legendary Changi Village Hawker Centre, in case it wasn’t clear).

District: D15
Nearest MRT: Dakota MRT, Marine Parade MRT (upcoming)

This five room flat at Marine Drive is just a short stroll away from East Coast and Parkway Parade. At the latter, there’s a FairPrice Finest and plenty of other amenities, making shopping and running errands a breeze. Other smaller malls in the area include 112 Katong and Katong Plaza, and the flat is also nearby prestigious schools such as Tao Nan and CHIJ Katong (Primary).
#3: This unit at Cote D’azur

This particular unit in the condo comes with a balcony that overlooks the pool.
#4: This unit at Mandarin Gardens
District: D15
Nearest MRT: Kemabgan, Bedok, Siglap (upcoming)

This spacious apartment at Mandarin Gardens comes with a balcony, 3 bedrooms and a smaller maid’s room. From here, East Coast Park is a short stroll away – simply head to the side gates which give you access to the underpass, and this will take you to the beach.
If you need to get some shopping done, the nearest mall is at Siglap Centre. For those too lazy to head out, there are facilities such as a minimart, restaurant, and hair salon located within the condo itself.
#5: This apartment at Sumang Link
District: D19
Nearest MRT: Punggol
Size: 990 sq ft (3 beds, 2 baths)
Sale price: $538,888
PSF sale price: $544.3
Changi Beach and East Coast Park aside, there’s also Punggol Beach in North-east Singapore. There are several landed properties available for purchase at the beach itself, but assuming you don’t have a few millions to spare, your next best bet would be this flat at Sumang Link.
The flat is located on a high floor, and it’s new and in great condition. There’s also an LRT station (Nibong) that’s right at the doorstep of the flat, and this will take you to Punggol MRT in three stops.
