Boulevard View Pte Ltd (IOI Properties)

Boulevard View is the developer behind the sleek and new development nestled in the downtown area, Marina View. Marina View is a mixed-use development with about 905 residential units and 540 hotel rooms surrounded by retail, food and beverage use.

Boulevard View is IOI Properties Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary. IOI Properties, has developments in Malaysia, Singapore and Xiamen. The group has a total development landbank of about 4,000ha. IOI manages 6.7 million square feet of lettable area, comprising shopping malls, retail spaces and offices. The Group partnered with Ho Bee Investments Limited to develop 2 key condominium projects in the premium residential enclave of Sentosa Cove. The first project, Seascape, offers breathtaking sea views to the Southern Islands and the South China Sea. Completed in 2010, Seascape won the prestigious FIABCI-Singapore Property Awards in the Residential (Low Rise) Category in 2012. IOI Group was also in charge of the final condominium development site sold in Sentosa Cove, The Pinnacle Collection.

The Group also partnered with Kim Seng Heng Holdings Limited to develop Cityscape @ Farrer Park, a 30-storey freehold condominium development in District 8.
