Interested individuals must meet the current registration requirements to become a Singapore real estate salesperson (RES) or property agent. This includes taking a RES course, passing the Real Estate Salesperson exam, and submitting a RES registration application to the CEA through a licensed estate agent (EA).
After completing the RES course, participants will receive a Certificate of RES Course Completion valid for 2 years, during which they are eligible to take the RES examination.
However, the certificate cannot be extended beyond 2 years, and appeals for extension will not be considered.
How to apply for a Real Estate Salesperson registration?
EAs in Singapore must use CEA’s e-services to register a RES. Once the EA initiates the application, the registering RES can log in to CEA’s e-services to complete and submit the application to the EA.
The EA will verify the information and submit the application form and payment to the CEA.
What are the fees for registering a salesperson with CEA in Singapore?
