Since the early 1990s, the word gastropub has been used to refer to a bar or pub that serves high quality cuisine and tipples, and lately these slick dining and drinking establishments seem to be all the rage. Being the cutting edge city that it is, Singapore can definitely hold its own when it comes to the gastropub trend, so if you’re looking for a few spots to grab great food and drinks in a laid-back locale, these are a few of the unmissable ones in town.
1925 MICROBREWERY
