A year ago I was living near East Coast, in an area surrounded by block after block of HDBs. It wasn’t a very lively neighbourhood at night, and I knew I wanted to move somewhere with far better amenities. When I first checked out this place, it wasn’t fully furnished, but I saw that it had the potential to be decked out the way I envisioned.

Describe your dream home.
This is pretty close to it! It’s got everything I need – it’s a beautiful condo, it’s close to my office and the MRT, there’re lots of cafes nearby where I can grab a bite at night, and it’s got high ceilings for a tall guy like me. Perhaps my needs would change if, say, I got married, but as it is I am really happy with this place.
