Surrounding Amenities

The highlight of The Gazania and The Lilium is their proximity to Serangoon Central, Serangoon MRT interchange and NEX shopping mall. The mall offers residents an easily accessible one-stop shop for daily needs, dining, shopping and entertainment. Right next to The Lilium is also a short stretch of shophouses with a few eateries and pubs.

Both projects are located within walking distance of Bartley MRT station, which is one train stop away from the action at Serangoon. The Gazania is only a three-minute walk away from Bartley MRT station, whereas The Lilium is a five-minute walk away.

Being close to the Circle Line has its perks. The MRT line takes residents to the thriving Paya Lebar Central in three train stops and to the city in under half an hour. The Circle Line will also be fully complete in 2026 with the new Keppel, Cantonment and Prince Edward MRT stations giving residents even better access to the Central Business District (CBD).
